18" x 18" Napkins 1 Dozen Lunch Napkins Kitchen Stuff Party Napk Wholesale Aquacel Extra I've been using this cleanser for about a year now and have tried different ways of using it. It does have a very "liquidy" consistency which makes it a tad difficult to work with as it runs off your hands as you lift them to your face. (I wash my face in the shower) Some have used it in a foaming bottle, which I too have done. I just used an old Bath and Body Works bottle and it does work great, but I'm just silly and felt I wasn't getting a "pure" form of this cleanser. I know I'm weird. It cleanses well, and you do need moisturizer or your face will feel dry. But I wanted a good scrubbing which you don't really get with this used alone. So here's my tip that has taken this cleanser to a whole other level. Use coffee grounds to act as an exfoliator. Keep a small container of grounds (sometimes I use expresso grounds as they are more fine but it's up to you and what you like). Pour a small amount of grounds into your hand, then pump some of this cleanser onto it and mix together. This also helps to keep the liquid from running off your hands as you raise it to your face since it's now mixed with the grounds. My face feels SO clean after I use this method and coffee is good for your skin, helps boost collagen so win win. Then I apply my hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and moisturizer . (by the way, make sure to clean out your outer ear afterwards)Are you as lazy as I am and hate to wash your face at night to remove your makeup? You know who you are. I've made some DIY wipes using this cleanser and other ingredients that are beneficial to your skin. I keep them in my room next to my bed so before I lay down I can grab one, wipe my face really well then apply some of my retinol cream and I'm done! Do some research on what's great for your skin, I've tried many different recipes and finally settled on one I like which I will share with you if you're taking that laziness one step further and just want the darn recipe. :-)Recipe for DIY Facial Cleansing and Makeup Remover Wipes (I use seventh generation baby wipes for this, but you can use thick paper towels or even cut up diaper cloths but of course you'd have to keep washing them and remember I'm lazy? At the moment I have the wipes in a wipe warmer and a warm wipe feels so nice, just periodically add purified water to the stack as it will tend to dry out a little).~2-3 cups purified water~2 tbsp fractionated coconut oil or olive oil~1 tsbp witch hazel~3 tbsp of this cleanser OR liquid castile soap~1 tsp vitamin E oil~20-25 drops of Frankincense essential oil or Lavender (don't use tea tree as it is already in the cleanser if you use it)~~Keep in mind, this is my personal preferred recipe that works for me. I don't always add all ingredients if I don't have them on hand. I'm just sharing this to get you started on your own recipe if you're interested~~ Hope this helps you!Dec 18, 2016 This product was highly recommended by my aesthetician, along with the facial scrub and tea tree oil pads. After using these products for a few months I have found they do not agree with my skin. They give me a huge acne problem no matter the combination. On the other hand it's doing wonders for my friend who also uses these products! The four stars are for the seller, as the product came well packaged and in a timely manner.Dec 4, 2017 Well I still have a great amount of this product and decided to put it to uses few months ago. My skin looks and feel great! I was wrong to associate this product with my break outs, which were likely caused by my facial treatments. I use this wash daily in combination with a witch hazel toner and grapeseed oil for moisturizer (jojoba is too heavy). I have a combination of oily and dry skin, oily T-zone and dry around everywhere else. My skincare routine has really helped with keeping my skin even all around. Definitely would buy again. Docked it up a star since my last review :)
I've been using this cleanser for going on four years now because I was tired of being an almost-thirty-year-old who still got acne. We assume it only affects teenagers when really it's hormones to blame, as some women who experience PMS are aware of. I have light, sensitive skin and this cleanser gets rid of breakouts in sometimes one day, three at the most. I always use it in the morning after my shower since steam opens pores. After rinsing off the lather my skin feels a little dry but very clean, and I use a toner to seal my pores. Then I apply moisturizer and all is well! This giant 32 oz bottle is a pretty good buy compared to the 8.5 oz, but it doesn't come with a pump handle. Not much of a drawback considering the amount of product you get and how long it lasts!I've been using the stuff for a year with decent results in controlling rosacea eruptions (but not rosacea redness). Unfortunately, it didn't control the blepharitis as hoped, but all that means is that my case is not caused by eye mites. Or it's not strong enough to kill the mites. I'm able to put it directly on my eyelids without the tea tree oil irritation that my doctor warned me of. But it does significantly reduce rosacea pimple eruptions, so it's a lot better than Cetaphil. The only down side is in the representation that it contains organic tea tree and lavender oil (in the "ingredient" description near the top of the advertisement). Looking at the bottle's ingredients, nothing is organic, though the tea tree oil is advertised as "Eco-Harvest" which turns out to be a trademarked term, therefore limited to manufacturer self-definition with no community correlation to an industry-standard like "Organic". And since "Eco-Harvest", which they define as absent of pesticides, herbicides, and chemicals (isn't tea tree oil a chemical?) is not applied to all ingredients, I may be smearing pesticides on my face every day for all I know. But I really don't care that much because it's soap and probably the same exposure to skin harm as walking to the mailbox. However, I bring it up because it may make a difference to some folks, and I can agree it's not appropriate to use the term "organic" unless the product has been appropriately certified.Further down in the ad, an ingredients list drops the term "organic", but it's still different from what's on the bottle. The advertised list of ingredients makes it seem like there's more tea tree oil (2nd on list after water), but the reality is that there's more Castile Soap (with chemicals like potassium hydroxide) and Glycerin than Tea Tree Oil. There's several advertised items not listed on the bottle, and there's several items listed on the bottle that not on the advertised list. See photo of bottle.
